		Winter Rates $800 per night or $4,900 per week $1,000 per night (Christmas/New Years Holiday period) Fees and Minimum Stay There are no additional fees. Rates include reservation and cleaning fees and utilities. There is a 3 night minimum stay. Security Deposit $1,000 Fully refundable after it has been verified that there were no damages/missing items, keys were returned, doors/windows were securely closed/locked, lights were turned off, and there had been no smoking or pets on the premises. Reservation Policy Full payment is due at the time of booking. Please be sure you book your dates carefully. Reservations are non-refundable once booked..
