About the Home

The Kirkwood California Ski Home is a new custom home located in the peaceful and secluded East Meadows Subdivision of Kirkwood California.

The home is located 3 minutes from the Kirkwood Village and ski lifts. Kirkwood provides free and regular shuttle service to and from the East Meadows subdivision. For cross country ski enthusiasts, the home has direct access to the Kirkwood Meadow cross country ski trail and Kirkwood's 80 kilometer groomed trail system.

The home is situated on a half acre lot and adjacent to the Kirkwood Meadow. There is plenty of room for building sled runs and snowmen or having a snow ball fight.

The Kirkwood California Ski Home is a perfect ski vacation home for three families.

It is 3,600 square feet and was designed to maximize views of mountain peaks and take advantage of solar exposure. There are many places to sit in the house, get warm, and take in the amazing views.

The home features three Bedrooms, three Bathrooms, a Bunk Bedroom, a Gourmet Kitchen, a Great Room, a Family/TV Room, two fireplaces, three Decks, and a two car enclosed garage.

Master Bedroom #1 features a California King size bed, a Bain Ultra air jet bath tub, a shower, vanity with two sinks, and incredible views of Kirkwood mountain peaks.

Master Bedroom #2 features a California King size bed, a gas fireplace, a shower/bath, vanity with two sinks, and views of Red Cliffs.

Bedroom #3 features three twin beds, a shower/bath, a vanity/sink, and views of Kirkwood Mountain peaks.

The Bunk Bedroom features two bunk beds with Full beds below and Twin beds above. This room does not have it's own bathroom.

Three air mattresses with bedding are also available.

Wood burning (EPA rated advanced combustion) fireplace.

40" LCD HDTV Sony Bravia television with cable & DVD player.
